Of course, if you've never seen this page before, you won't notice what I'm talking about. Those of you who are "regulars" will notice that it looks a bit different. It has been overhauled. Long overdue I would say. Let me know what you think, and what problems it might have on your browser/screen resolution.
In other news, oh wait, there is no other news. Oh, except for potty training. Our son is in the midst of it. He's doing well, although he still doesn't realize he needs to tell us before he has to go number 2, not while. Oh well. Still beats changing diapers all the time.

Not Much to Report
Well, it's August. I hope you've been enjoying your summer. I have. We've spent all sorts of time on the road this summer, visiting family and friends. It's nice to get to see the people you love and care about, even if it is only briefly and occasionally. Our daughter is starting to make non-crying type sounds, which is cool. She's growing up. I only wish she slept better. Boy, when your first kid sleeps through the night early, it sure is hard to adjust to anything else! She's quite active too. I like to think of it as feisty. She'll definitely be able to keep up to big brother once she's mobile.

I'm not much of a mixer
At least not yet... I've updated Set This Captive Free with a better mixed version. I think you should notice a difference if you download it and play it after the other version (assuming you downloaded that one). I remember the stuff we used to do with North and the Sea and even reliable toasters "You Get What You Pay For". All we had was a casette four track. Life was so simple. Now, I've got more tracks than I can think of what to do with, and more effects and possibilities for affecting the sound than I could ever use. Creatively, I can imagine and do alot more, but it's much more complicated. So much fun, so little time.
Still in S'toon, if you're curious. Not sure when we'll head west, maybe next week. Until then, we'll enjoy some prairie goodness.
