The retreat went really well. It is a really nice chalet, and everyone seemed to have a good time. I realized a couple of things through the time we were there.
1) all you need to do to have a good retreat is to have a retreat. You're set up to succeed and you'd have to try pretty hard to make it suck. It also depends on the people at the retreat. We had a good group.
2) Retreats are more fun when you aren't in charge...

ha! totally agree on those two points. glad it was a good time, though I'm sure there was no (or very little) snow.
