I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to the new reliable toasters album. I've got 10 songs just about finished, and I'm going to stick with that. Ten seems like a nice number, and I don't think I could get any more done before Christmas. I need to redo the vox and guitar parts, add some BGV's and do a final mix. I thought about getting it mastered, but I'll see if I can afford something like that. One question I have for you loyal fans (giggle), is whether you'd be willing to pay for it if it sounded good enough. Not sure that I want to go that way, but I just thought I'd ask and see what people thought. Maybe I could slap it up on iTunes or some indie variant.
My struggle is that I really would rather give my stuff away, but I'm not sure if that's simply because that's the right thing to do, or I would just feel awkward taking money for something I just love doing. Any and all thoughts welcome.
In any event, you never know what might be in your stocking come Christmas Day!

Sure, I'd pay money for it!
WEll, if I'm going to have to pay for it, it had better cost a lot, cause I don't want to pay for a crappy album. And we all know what you get...
For sure I'd pay for it.
most people will pay for music. In fact, I have found that if it's free, people think it's not very good beause you're not paying for it. So make people pay for it!
