Not much going on

I haven't written here because there isn't much out of the ordinary to talk about. Things have been fine and life just continues to go on. I had another doctor's appointment today and everything was good. I tested for very borderline gestational diabetes, but it's so minimal that the doctor says just to be a bit more cautious. I was .1 over on one test, kind of silly. She said I could still have cookies and chocolate(just not tons at a time) so that is nice to hear. I am 30 weeks pregnant today, so I only have 10 more left. D and I sat down last week to discuss baby names and I think we have a boy and girl name picked out. That's exciting!
Big M has not been taking naps as easily as he had been. I am pressing on and hoping that he won't drop them. I know plenty of kids who nap for another year or so, so hopefully he will too. Little M is doing great in her bed now so that is awesome. We never hear a peep from her until she wakes up. Then she comes to the door and cries.
Last night D and I worked on making salsa. I started at 1:30pm with the tomatoes and we finished canning at 11:30pm. It was a long process, mostly because I did a lot of it by myself. I also had the idea of making soup, so I made a big pot of borscht in the middle of this, dumped it in a tupperware bowl and washed the pot so that I could start my second batch of salsa. It was a little chaotic, but all worked out in the end. Now we have 20 jars of salsa to last us until next year. Homemade salsa is always so much better.

glad the gestational diabetes was so minimal!
it's exciting that you've got names picked out for the baby :)
i don't think i've ever had homemade salsa (canned, i mean. i've had fresh before), but i'll bet it's way better than store bought! you're so ambitious!! :)
